Social Play Haus

Social Play Haus is a fun, modern, and inclusive space where families can gather and connect. Our beer garden and event spaces provide a community hub for families to socialize and share resources. Equally as important, we offer great food and drinks – coffee, tea, beer, wine, and hard cider – for our guests to enjoy while visiting one of our locations.


At Social Play Haus, our customers can enjoy one of our artisanal flatbreads and a glass of wine while their kids play in a safe, modern play area. Or, if it is a morning meet-up, gourmet coffee, tea, and pastries. Guests without kids can also enjoy the restaurant which serves as a great spot for co-working, lunch meetings, and happy hour meet-ups. No matter when or why our customers come to gather, they can relax and enjoy their time with friends, neighbors, and their community while their kids enjoy the play areas designed with intention and purpose.

The open and modern dining area also functions as a backdrop for hosting amazing events. Our unique full-service event space makes it easy for families to host custom events and achieve Instagram-worthy parties without doing much of the work!!

Meet the Founders

Co-Founder

Marc A Bacayon

Marc, a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in the corporate and customer service sectors, has channeled his creativity and event planning expertise to establish an exciting event venue that caters to both children and adults. In addition to his extensive background, Marc has also honed his skills in the food truck industry, having been an integral part of his family’s successful food truck business for over 15 years. During this time, he mastered the art of crafting efficient menus and prioritizing exceptional customer service.

With a few entrepreneurial ventures under his belt and a growing family of his own, Marc recognized the need for a family-friendly restaurant that offered quality brews within the local community. Combining his passion for great food and beverages with his understanding of the preferences of young children, Marc set out to create a welcoming space that satisfies the cravings of both kids and adults alike.

Jennifer Bacayon

Jenni, a licensed clinical child psychologist and active mom, has 15-plus years of experience working with children and families in her private practice and other clinical settings. These experiences have cultivated her vision of creating an inclusive space for families to explore, socialize and learn through prosocial interactions, positive reinforcement, and modeling which are the foundations of positive child psychology. The play areas are designed with great intention. Each toy is handpicked to stimulate motor skills and promote language and cognitive development, as well as to foster positive social-emotional learning. The play areas are also designed to be mindful of sensory needs offering small, safe nooks when one is feeling overstimulated.

Currently, the range of investment is from $650,085 to $1,257,957 which includes the $50,000 initial franchise fee. Other estimated costs include 3rd party professional advisory fees, insurance and 3-months of working capital. 
Am I Financially Qualified?

Between 3,000 and 5,000 square feet with adequate parking. We have specific site criteria which will help you evaluate real estate that would be a good fit for your Social Play Haus location.

Yes, we want our owners to be actively involved. Even though you may hire a manager to oversee Back of

No, our locations are typically in light industrial leased spaces. With a large open dining and play areas, we want you to be able to control initial investment and ongoing rent. INQUIRE TODAY

Typically between 2 and 4 employees per shift depending on events or parties, day of the week, and bookings for reserved play. You can utilize both part-time and full-time employees to build out your team and have support for the expected customers coming in on any given day.
